Toy Soldier

Arch
A body position achieved by curving your back inward, pushing arms & legs backward.
Tabletop
Hands and feet flat on ground, lifting body up until back is straight.
Front Split
One leg in front and one behind, both straight with square hips.
Straight/Stretch Jump
Taking off & landing on two feet, legs togetherwith entire body striaght.
Straddle Jump
Taking off & landing on two feet, legs togetherwith entire body striaght.
Log Roll
Squeeze your body tight and keep it straight like a log as you roll sideways.
Freeze/ Stick
Proper way to land a jump or dismount.
Pike
Keeping your legs straight & together in front of you.
Arabesque
Balancing on one leg, with the other straight behind you.
Straight
Body position achieved by tucking hips & belly in to straighten spine.
Bridge
Pushing stomach up while hands and feet push into ground to make arms and legs stright.
Middle Split
Legs straight out to either side of you.
Tuck Jump
Taking off & landing on two feet, with legs together & bent up to chest.
Split Jump
Taking off & landing on two feet, with one leg in front & the other behind.
Egg Roll
Hug your knees as you tuck them in as you roll without "cracking".
Ta-Da
Strike this pose after finishing a skill.

Keeping legs straight & open in front of you.

Balancing on one leg, bending the other to bring toes to touch knee.
Hollow
Body position achieved by rounding your back, pushing arms & legs forward.

Rolling onto shoulders while pushing hips,legs and toes straight up.

Hands and toes flat on ground, shoulder directly over wrists with body straight.
Pike Jump
Taking off & landing on two feet, with legs together & straight in front of you.
Split leap
Taking off from one foot & landing on the other, with one leg in front & the other behind
Tuck Forward Roll
Hands up to the sky, hands down to the floor, smell your belly, forward roll!
